At Phills Vinyl, we're dedicated to providing a friendly and knowledgeable service. Our passion for music from the 1920s to the present day drives us to offer a large and varied stock of vinyl. Here are some of the questions our customers often ask.

What time are you open?

Our physical shop in Walsall is open Monday-Tuesday-Thursday -Friday -  Saturday. You can also browse and buy records 24/7 on our website.

Are these 1st issues?
We clearly mark whether a record is a 1st issue in its description, both in-store and online. Feel free to ask our friendly staff for more details.

Do you buy records?
Yes, we do! Please visit our Sell Your Records page for more information on how to sell your vinyl to us.

Is this new or used?
Each record is explicitly labelled as either "new" or "used" on our website and in-store. We aim for transparency in all our listings.

Is it a 1st issue?
We always specify if a record is a 1st issue in its product description. If you need further clarification, our team is happy to help.

Does it come with the original inner?
Any original inner sleeves or inserts will be mentioned in the product description. We strive to provide comprehensive details for every record.

Is the poster with this one?
If a record originally came with a poster and it is still present, this will be clearly stated in the item's description. What you see described is what you get.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Currently, for online sales, we do not offer a pick-up service. This is due to the extensive inventory in our storage unit. All online orders are shipped directly to you.
